The Partridge Soft Hackle fly dates back to almost the very beginning of fly fishing. A classic dubbed, two-tone body soft hackle with a partridge feather collar that gives fabulous movement and a buggy look in the water. It can be fished alone or as a dropper, and dead-drifted, swung, or twitched.
