Using the same interchangeable/replaceable dragon tail system as the Dragon Tail BTD, this features a slightly slimmer profile and reversed double barrel popper head for floatation. Though this fly features a floating head, it excels in performance using an intermediate or sink tip line which allows the fly to dip and dive under the water similar to the action of a dahlberg diver. This is one of our top producing flies for targeting trophy striped bass at night. Available in 3 basic color schemes. Tied on 4/0 Ahrex SA210 hooks which are not only great for striped bass and other bucketmouth species but also for northern pike and musky.  Replacement Tails available HERE
