All Points Fly Shop + Outfitter will accept returns on items if purchased within 14 days and sent back to us in good/useable condition. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to not accept a return/refund on your item. All products/gear purchased under "sale" are final as well as any orders for bamboo or 2-piece fly rods, and custom Simms waders. All custom orders (including in-house patterns) are non-refundable. If you have arranged a "Casting Pond Program" purchase, all cases are handled individually.
