Great review! A few points I’d like to add, I have an older model, only real difference is the internal pouch is not removable. The net holder is great until you have to put the net back, that can take some work. And lastly, Fishpond now offers an internal divider kit similar to the one in the Cutbank gear bag for this sling and for the hip pack, great for keeping gear sorted in the large space.
