Ultra Chenille is a small diameter "velvety" chenille with a nylon core. This high quality material is dense, tough, and more uniform than standard chenille. Great as a body material for wooly buggers and a popular choice for tying San Juan Worms, Palomino Caddis, and crab claws. Ideal for nymphs, pupae, special‑worms and even smaller streamers. For saltwater tyers, this makes great crab and crustacean legs such as the Strong Arm Merkin and Alphonse Crab (Flex-O).
- Micro - For smaller fly patterns (1.6mm)
- Standard - For San Juan Worms and crab claws (2.5mm)
