Fish Skull Next Generation Articulated Shanks

The next generation of articulated shanks for fly tying. These shanks are ideal for big game fly patters that either feature two hooks, or a single hook placed at the rear of the fly. Because of their double return feature, these shanks will hold the weight of the biggest and heaviest fish out there. On top of the double return they feature a flat triangular connection point that prevents fouling that can occasionally happen from traditionally formed shanks.
