Inspired by the Gurgler pattern, this surface popping shrimp was a custom fly that turned into a highly desired production pattern. It has been a key pattern for those on Biscayne Bay, the Keys and Everglades for snook, bonefish, and tarpon, also those targeting saltwater striped bass or salmon in Puget Sound and Alaska. PLUS, it's killer as a floating pattern for permit as well.
