Point Drake (Tungsten Bead)

When screening riffles to see what nymphs are present, we've noticed how Green Drakes tend to look like "baetis in a snow suit", like the kid from A Christmas Story. We've found that representing their stocky legs and tails with biots are a good match. The dark and light highlights throughout this fly are attractive and highly representative of the real deal. This is tied on a barbless jig hook and has a mottled olive tungsten bead.
